Do you have early morning or evening appointments?
Yes, and it is worth knowing which days. We open at 7:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which suits people who want to come before work. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we are open until 6:30 PM. We are also open Saturdays until 3:00 PM. Full hours are listed on this page.
How far ahead should I book?
For a routine checkup and cleaning, a few weeks ahead gives you the best choice of times, and the early morning, evening and Saturday slots go first. Many patients book their next visit before leaving the previous one, which is the easiest way to keep on schedule. If something is bothering you, do not wait for a convenient slot, just call us.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Call us at 713-723-7200 as far ahead as you can manage. Advance notice lets us offer the time to someone who is waiting, which matters more than it sounds when people are trying to be seen. If something comes up at short notice we would still rather hear from you than have you simply not arrive.
What happens if I am running late?
Ring us and let us know. Depending on how late and what is booked after you, we may be able to see you straight away, or it may be better to shorten the appointment or move it.
