Do you have evening or Saturday appointments?
Yes. We are open until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, which suits people who want to come after work or school. We are also open Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Full hours are listed on this page.
How far ahead should I book?
For a routine checkup and cleaning, a few weeks ahead gives you the best choice of times, and the late afternoon and Saturday slots go first. Many patients book their next visit before leaving the previous one, which is the easiest way to keep on schedule. If something is bothering you, do not wait for a convenient slot, just call us.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Call us at 713-723-7200 as far ahead as you can manage. Advance notice lets us offer the time to someone who is waiting, which matters more than it sounds when people are trying to be seen. If something comes up at short notice we would still rather hear from you than have you simply not arrive.
What happens if I am running late?
